In this project, I actively participated as a UX Generalist as part of an intensive UX bootcamp organized by Despegar, the leading travel company in Latin America. During this process, I worked closely with my content partner to develop the voice and tone that defined the project.
Throughout the experience, we followed a Double Diamond framework based on Design Thinking. This methodology not only enriched the product design, but also provided valuable lessons on clarifying objectives and approaching them effectively.
